Holy Concern Exercise - Exercise for life
Fitness can be described as a set of conditions that helps us look, feel and preform at our best.
Physical fitness enhances the performance of the heart, lungs, and the muscles of the body. And, because what we do with our bodies also affects what we can do with our minds, fitness influences the qualities of mental alertness and emotional stability.
The ability to use your mind, body and emotions in a Divine purpose constitute your spiritual fitness. Thus it's your Holy Concern to be fit.
Don't try to do too much too soon! Patience is essential, but don't quit before you have a chance to experience the rewards of improved fitness. Fitness requires a lifelong commitment of time and effort. When you are convinced of the benefits of fitness and the risks of unfitness, you will succeed if you persevere.
