The vegan diet is proving to be the best way to improve your health! Vegetables supply you with first hand nutrients. Your health is better because your diet consist of food and pure water, not fats and fatty tissue from meats. Even your thoughts will improve making your mind clearer.
Fresh vegetables provide a variety of vitamins and minerals to the diet. They are low in fat and provide neccessary fiber.
The USDA nutritionists recommend 3 to 5 servings of vegetables each day. 1 cup raw leafy vegetables, l/2 cup of cooked or chopped raw vegetables, or 3/4 cup of vegetable juice count as a serving. Add little or no fat and salt during cooking or at the table in the form of spreads, sauces, dressings, toppings, and seasonings.
Your good health is more important than any other form of wealth! Here are some basic steps to improve your health.
- Eat a variety of fresh vegetables and drink plenty of water, about 48ozs a day.

Avoid refined and processed foods; fat and fatty foods, especially animal fats.

Always sit down and relax to eat and eat slowly. "Prayer" or "Blessing" before eating preparies the mind and body to properly digiest your food.
Dioxin
Dioxin is a fat-soluble bioaccumulate toxin that is found in meat and dairy products (beef, dairy products, milk, chicken, pork, fish and eggs).
Dioxins and furans exposure has been linked to birth defects, inability to maintain pregnancy, decreased fertility, reduced sperm counts, endometriosis, diabetes, learning disabilities, immune system suppression, lung problems, skin disorders, lowered testosterone levels and much more.
The best way to avoid dioxin exposure is to reduce or eliminate your consumption of meat and dairy products.
